On the 15th, Blockchain investment company’Hashd’ announced that it will invest in Block Odyssey’s’Free Series A’round, which is the developer of’SCANUS’, a genuine authentication solution using blockchain technology. With this, Block Odyssey has raised a total of 2.8 billion won in funding through this round.
Block Odyssey is creating a’platform’ that manages logistics data from the process of product production to distribution by linking blockchain security technology and QR code. When the platform is completed, participants will be able to share distributed ledger data for each distribution stage, thereby enhancing reliability and transparency in the distribution process. Consumers can also easily check the distribution process and route of the product I purchased, so it is possible to determine whether the product is authentic or not.
Block Odyssey announced that through this investment attraction, it plans to broadly expand the blockchain activation business field and provide a variety of supply chain management solutions (SCM).
Block Odyssey’s CEO Chang-Hak Yeon said, “Through this Free Series A investment attraction, it is an opportunity to take a leap forward from a simple blockchain-based product authentication enterprise (B2B) solution company to a logistics blockchain infrastructure platform company. “We will grow into a company that can provide new financial solutions based on blockchain beyond the genuine certification business.”
Hashed CEO Seo-joon Kim said, “In the current logistics market, data from various operators are not gathered in one place and are fragmented, resulting in various inefficiencies and problems.” We expect to be able to provide a neutral’logistics data protocol.’
